Eligibility for Price Match

We will consider a price match request if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is identical in brand, edition, condition, and packaging.
  • The item is in stock and available for immediate purchase at the competing retailer.
  • The lower-priced item is being sold by a UK-based authorised retailer.
  • The competitor’s price includes all applicable charges (including VAT and delivery fees).

Exclusions

We do not offer price matches in the following situations:

  • Prices listed on online marketplaces (e.g. eBay, Amazon Marketplace, Facebook, Gumtree)
  • Prices from auction or bidding websites
  • Pre-orders or out-of-stock items
  • Flash sales, promotional discount codes, limited-time offers, or loyalty-based discounts
  • Products from unauthorised, third-party, or grey-market sellers
  • Bundle offers or multi-buy deals

How to Request a Price Match

Before placing your order, please send your request to Contact@Sportcardsarena.co.uk or use the Live Chat on our website.

Include the following details:

  • Your full name and contact information
  • A link to the exact product on the competitor’s website
  • A screenshot showing the competitor’s price and availability
  • The product name and SKU as listed on our website

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

Approved Price Match

If your request is approved, we will either:

  • Provide a discount code to match the price, or
  • Offer a direct adjusted price via a custom order link

Price matches must be applied before placing the order. We do not apply price adjustments retroactively after an order has been placed.

Right to Decline

Sportcardsarena.co.uk reserves the right to verify all price match requests and to decline any request that does not meet the above criteria.
