Please note that opened hobby boxes, used collectible toys, and any product that shows signs of handling are not eligible for return due to the nature of collectible items.

4. Inspection and Approval
Upon receipt, your return will be inspected within 2–3 business days. If the item meets the return eligibility criteria, a refund will be processed.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2–5 business days of return approval. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been successfully issued.
- If the item is returned due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect or damaged item), original shipping fees will also be refunded.
- If the return is due to any other reason, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
